Position Overview:

Eosol Group is looking for experienced and motivated Electrical Technicians to join our team in Morocco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in our solar photovoltaic (FV) plants. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including solar panels, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cabling systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of electrical installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to implement project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures at all times, including working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the solar energy (FV) sector.
• Solid understanding of low voltage (BT) electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor as required.

Required Skills:

• Electricidad: In-depth knowledge of electrical theory and practice.
• FV / Solar: Specific experience or strong interest in solar photovoltaic technology.
• BT (Low Voltage): Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with low voltage systems.
• Inglés: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for communication with international teams and accessing technical documentation.
• Marruecos: Previous experience working in Morocco or a strong understanding of the local work environment and regulations is a plus.
