About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Freelance Recruiter to support our recruitment activities in the United States.

This opportunity is ideal for university students approaching graduation, recent graduates, or individuals with limited professional experience who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources.

The selected candidate will work alongside our recruitment team, assisting with candidate sourcing, initial screening, communication, and coordination for different positions within the renewable energy and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Identify and attract potential candidates for open positions in the United States.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants.
• Assist with updating candidate information and recruitment tracking systems.
• Support the recruitment team with daily talent acquisition activities.
• Help expand EOSOL's candidate network across the United States.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding or interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Proactive attitude, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Availability to collaborate with a team operating in U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, part-time, or entry-level experience in recruitment or HR.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Interest in the renewable energy, engineering, or construction industries.
• Experience communicating with candidates or customers.
