The Opportunity:

Eosol Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Software Architecture to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a candidate with a proven track record of successfully managing complex software development and IT architecture projects. You will be instrumental in guiding technical teams, collaborating with Solutions Architects, and ensuring the successful design, documentation, and implementation of robust application architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Management: Lead and manage software development and IT architecture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Software Architecture Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Architects to design and document application architectures, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Cross-functional Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional technology teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of project tasks.
• Architecture Reviews & Governance: Coordinate and facilitate architecture reviews, presenting technical solutions and project proposals to Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and other relevant governance forums.
• Cloud Strategy & Implementation: Develop a basic understanding of AWS services, cloud principles, and the intricacies of on-premises to cloud migrations, contributing to our cloud strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project progress, risks, and decisions.
• Documentation & Tracking: Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical solutions, project plans, and progress. Utilize project tracking tools to monitor milestones, identify potential issues, and report on project status.
• Agile Methodologies: Champion and implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management within software development or IT architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture principles, application design, and cloud computing concepts.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technology teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
• Experience in designing and documenting technical solutions, assisting Solutions Architects in architectural planning.
• Experience coordinating architecture reviews and presenting solutions to various governance bodies (e.g., Enterprise Architecture, Information Security).
• Basic understanding of AWS services, cloud principles, and strategies for migrating from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, adept at managing expectations and fostering positive working relationships.
• Exceptional documentation and project tracking skills.
